What kind of wood do you use?
We use Douglas fir for our beds, by doing this we can give you the best price while providing a strong sturdy bed. If you want a different type of wood, let us know. The price would be the same for labor, but you will have to buy the wood.
How long will my order take?
Orders generally take up to a week. Some weeks are busier than others and it can take up to two weeks at the most.
Are your beds sturdy?
Our beds are rock solid! We used 6" lug bolts to hold the frame together. They don't wiggle, wobble or shake while climbing up them. They can also hold up to 400lbs! So you can climb up there with your little one.
Can I choose the height, the color or the side I want the ladder?
Because we build the beds as the orders are placed, we are able to make the ladder the way that you want it.
Can I pick up my bed, or does it have to be delivered?
You can come pick up your bed. Or we will deliver and set it up for you in the Tri-cities area for $60. We may be able to drive further, but there will be a larger fee depending on where you live.
Does the bed come assembled or in parts?
It's your choice. The beds fit in the back of most trucks, but it will be difficult to get in the door without being disassembled. The beds come in two main parts when not assembled.
Is it hard to assemble a bed?
No, you will be given directions on assembly. Also, its easier if you have someone to assist you.
Will you sell your bed plans?
We do not currently sell the plans for our beds.
Can I request modifications or ask for custom work?
Yes! Just call or email, let us know what you have in mind and we can work something out.

A box spring or other platform is not required. All beds take a regular twin, full, queen or king mattress. We can also make a long twin.

All our beds are designed to with stand up to 400 pounds of evenly distributed weight.
What is your warranty policy?
If there are any defective parts, they will be replaced. If your bed is damaged, call us. We may be able to help repair or replace damaged parts.
